Refund policy

Returns. You may return an unopened deck in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Please email tarot@kristinhacken.com first for the return address. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damaged or defective decks. If your deck arrives damaged or has a printing defect (such as a missing or duplicate card), email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost, or a full refund if none is available. You don't need to return the damaged deck.

Refunds. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5 business days of our receiving the return. Refunds are for the amount you actually paid.
